Bike UNL is offering a free bike valet service during Jazz in June concerts. Individuals attending the concert series can leave bikes at the Bike UNL station by 13th and R streets. Contact information collected at drop off and photo identification will be required to retrieve bikes left at the valet station.
The bike valet service is available from 5 p.m. to one hour after each concert. Failure to collect a bike by one hour after the conclusion of the performer’s final song will result in a $35 handling and storage fee.
The warm June weather offers the perfect backdrop to tour sites in the UNL Botanical Gardens and Arboretum. Landscape Services and the Department of Facilities Management and Planning run the annual tours, which begin at 6 p.m. at Sheldon’s east entrance.
